1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, the buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the HolmesWebsite theme for personal or commercial projects.
2. Permitted Usage
✔ The theme can be installed and used on one website per purchase. ✔ Buyers may customize and modify the theme to suit their needs.
3. Restrictions
✖ Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the theme, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. ✖ The theme may not be included in any project where it is offered as a downloadable product. ✖ Buyers may not claim the theme as their own creation.
4. Support & Updates
Support and updates are provided for the theme only to the original purchaser and for a limited period TBC.

The theme is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The author is not responsible for any damages resulting from its use.
